How are they counted?
Every contribution — in CZK or bitcoin — is converted to BTC at the market rate the moment it arrives. We work exclusively with contributions in bitcoin.
How does the supporters list work?
Supporters are ranked from the largest contribution to the smallest. If you contribute several times and use the same “Pairing identifier“, your contributions are summed and you move up the ranking. You choose your displayed name or nickname with your first contribution.
Why does it matter?
The supporters list won't be temporary. It will become a permanent part of the statue's website, linked by a QR code right on the monument's pedestal. To contribute today is to write yourself forever into the history of the Czech footprint in Bitcoin.

About the project
The statue of Satoshi Nakamoto was created by artist Valentina Picozzi within the Satoshi Gallery initiative. The same statue already stands in Lugano, El Zonte, Tokyo and Hanoi — on its way to 21 cities worldwide.
Prague wants to be among them. The project is being adopted by the Czech Bitcoin community — not funded by the state or corporations, but by us. The way Czechs once funded the National Theatre: ‘the nation to itself’, today sat by sat.
The goal is 1 BTC to produce and install the statue in Prague. Every contribution — on-chain, via Lightning, or by bank transfer — brings us closer to joining those cities.
